In August 2005 my Mom passed away.  She was cremated and I purchased an urn from my funeral home.  The lock broke on the urn and the funeral home suggested that I go to a locksmith who cracked the top of the urn.  You have no idea how upset I was, the funeral home had no further suggestions for me.

After about 3 hours on the internet I was lucky to find Integrity Urns and Caskets as they carried the same urn.  I sent an e-mail and received a reply stating that integrity would see if they could just get the top for me.  I was more than willing to pay for it.  I received an e-mail from Integrity stating that they spoke with the company that makes the urn that they would replace the entire urn free of charge.

I never expected this.  Everyone at Integrity Urns and Caskets are like family that I never met.  I did not even purchase the original urn from them.  This never happens in today’s world.  Thanks so very much again.
