Product Warrantees
- Integriy Urns & Caskets stands and limits itself to all manufacturers'
product warrantees for damaged or broken merchandise.
- In the
event of broken or damaged merchandise during shipment, Integriy Urns & Caskets
will replace the product and shipping
costs to the customer.
- Product warrantees are for defect purposes
only and not for color, size, or misunderstandings.
Sales Tax
- Only shipments to California pay sales tax.
Merchandise Ordering
It is the intention to provide a customer with
the exact product they need. It is the customer's responsibility
to be certain that products ordered are acceptable with
any cemetery/mortuary/or governmental regulations or policies.
- Integriy Urns & Caskets lists dimensions of all urns sold.
Customers that own a niche need to be certain that
the urn will fit in the niche.
- Gravestones and Monuments come
in various sizes. Many cemeteries have restrictions on marker & monument
sizes. Integriy Urns & Caskets can accommodate any size Gravestone
or Monument. Before
ordering a Gravestone or Monument is ordered, customers
need to check with their cemetery for allowable sizes
Special Order Products
- Merchandise ordered with engraving instructions will not be
shipped immediately.
- Customers should call 1-800-340-3550 for special instructions
on Special Order Products.
- Special Order products are not returnable.
Delivery/Shipping
Integriy Urns & Caskets will confirm all orders
within 24 hours of verification of payment. In most cases,
merchandise will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Orders will be shipped as described below subject to manufacturers
warehouse stock. In the event any product is not immediately
available, Integriy Urns & Caskets will notify customer
within 24 hours.
Caskets:
- Caskets can be shipped next day delivery for $195 to most major
metropolitan areas in the continental United States on Monday through
Friday.
- Search major metropolitan area list. (Use link)
- For delivery outside the metropolitan areas an additional charge
of $95.00 will apply, within the continental United States.
- For Saturday and Holiday delivery please call 1-800-346-3550.
- Orders for next-day or second-day shipping must be processed
by 12:00 noon Monday through Friday to insure prompt delivery.

Urn Shipping
- All urn prices include standard shipping at no extra cost.
- Additional charges apply for next-day, second-day and Saturday
delivery. (See chart below)
- All products are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of confirmation,
subject to availability.
- Standard shipping expected delivery time is 5 - 10 normal business
days.
- Orders for next-day or second-day shipping must be processed by
12:00 noon Monday through Friday to insure prompt delivery.
- Merchandise that requires customization cannot be rushed.

Marker/Monument Shipping
- Monument and Grave Marker shipping varies dependent
on the size and type ordered.
- All inscribed grave markers or monuments are
considered special orders and will be given
a confirmation date
once layout has been signed off by the customer.
- It is the customer's responsibility to see that
someone is adequately able to handle delivery of the marker
and is available at time of delivery.
